Project Plan Detail Project Title: Erection of single storey sitting room / summer room. Address; Dowhills Drive, Blundellsands, Liverpool, L23 Project Description; This project involved opening up the whole of the rear portion of the property to create a welcoming, and dynamic space for modern living. The dining room was extended into a large sitting room / summer room, bringing in much light throughout the day. With the kitchen opened up to the extended dinning room a contrast between the more private and formal rooms and areas to the front of the property was created, giving the busy family the best of both worlds. |
