Project title; Conversion of Church Hall into Single Dwelling.
Address; St Lukes Church Hall, Southport.
Project Description;   Completed in late 2006 this extensive conversion included; formation of mezzanine level within the hall area to create a master bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobes within adjacent roof voids, open plan games and cinema room to basement, formation of sloping driveway to a basement garage.
We employed underfloor heating to heat this dwelling. One of the main building regulation issues was the means of escape.
