  Project Plan Detail

Project title; Conversion of double garage into two bedroom dwelling, includes external alterations.
Address; St Anthony’s Road, Blundellsands, Liverpool, L23.
Project description; Currently under construction this project is due to be completed in April 2007. This was a unusual brief to create a two bed dwelling from a 100 year old double garage, also the conversion was difficult to design and achieve planning permission, considering the number of planning issues this raised.
