Project title; Erection of two and a half storey building containing 4No self contained apartments.

Project Description; Currently under construction this project commenced in September 2006. The original bungalow dwelling suffered severe subsidence, this building partially collapsed and was removed over sixteen years ago. This project required specialist foundations in the form of piles and ground beams.
